Last night, Sept 9th, the Fundraiser to Elect Shane Mendenhall for Circuit Judge was a huge success. We were overwhelmed by the amount of support that was shown and continues to be shown throughout our campaign.

FORBES SEEKS TO CONCEAL DOMESTIC BATTERY CONVICTIONS FROM JURY
The appellate court stated Forbes’ ultimate conclusion “was rooted in misapprehension of the applicable law,” his “findings are perplexing,” he misapplied “existing case law,” and Forbes’ “judgment demonstrates . . . confusion.” The appellate court went on to state that Forbes “was simply wrong.”

Shane Mendenhall had the opportunity to speak at the Decatur Power Lunch (May 2022) to share his story about his faith and his relationship with Jesus Christ. Shane spoke to why his faith has led him to his candidacy for Circuit Judge. Shane humbly asks for your support, your prayers, and your vote on June 28th in the Republican Primary.

Starting May 19th, you can stop in the Macon County Building located at 141 South Main Street in Decatur and cast your Republican Primary Ballot. It is time for the people of Macon County to restore justice in our community! Everyone must do their part and it starts at the ballot box.
Jerry Stocks Endorses Mendenhall for Circuit Judge
We are very grateful for the support of former Macon County Republican Party Chairman Jerry Stocks, who wrote the attached letter regarding his support for and endorsement of Shane. For decades, Jerry has been a key leader of the Macon County Republicans, championing conservative values in our community. Jerry and Shane also recently collaborated on a case where they represented a local school district and student athlete and were able to successfully limit the overreach of governmental control on local school districts.

ATTORNEY SHANE MENDENHALL ANNOUNCES HIS INTENTION TO RUN FOR RESIDENT CIRCUIT MACON COUNTY JUDGE
Attorney Shane Mendenhall has declared his candidacy for Resident Circuit Macon County Judge for the Sixth Judicial Circuit. He will be seeking the Republican nomination to fill the open position following the announcement that Judge Thomas E. Little would not be seeking retention in 2022.
